The first of these is the joint development of the "Sustainable Tourism and Events Management" degree program, specifically designed to reflect the local context and current advances in research. This program will culminate in a joint degree awarded by FHD and UNEMI, providing our students with an enriching academic experience and international recognition.

In addition, we have taken key steps towards the creation of this joint degree program. Recognizing the importance of student mobility and internationalization, we have worked hard to facilitate a smooth process between both universities. This collaboration not only strengthens our academic ties, but also enriches the educational experience of our students, preparing them for a globalized world.

We are pleased to announce that the project has been approved by UNEMI authorities, marking a significant milestone in our journey. However, our work is not yet complete. We will continue to work on the approval by SENESCYT in Ecuador, ensuring that this innovative program can benefit more students in the future.

BOOK DONATION

In addition, as part of this important step towards the creation of the joint degree program, we are pleased to report that we have received two generous book donations at UNEMI. These books, carefully selected to complement the curriculum of the "Sustainable Tourism and Events Management" program, are now available in the CRAI library.

This initiative will not only enrich the resources available to our students, but will also contribute to the academic strengthening of the program. This is an exciting step towards an even brighter future for our student community!
